When you contact us or request a scan, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company, phone number, message, and any IP addresses or hostnames you ask us to scan.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your request, deliver the service you asked for, and keep records of what was authorized. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as email hosting and form processing, and only as needed. Information may be stored or processed outside Canada by those providers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, or as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing help@techfalcon.ai. If you have a concern we cannot resolve, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
