IT that runs quietly. Security that never sleeps.
TechFalcon IT is one team for your managed IT and your cybersecurity. We keep your systems running, watch for attackers 24/7 and help you recover fast if something goes wrong. We work with businesses across Alberta and Canada.
Sound familiar?
If IT feels reactive and security feels like guesswork, you are not alone.
Most small and mid-sized businesses have plenty of tools. What they lack is someone accountable for running them well and responding when it counts.
Your IT is reactive
Things get fixed after they break, and the same issues keep coming back.
Nobody watches at night
Ransomware is usually launched after hours, when no one is watching the alerts.
The insurer has questions
Renewal forms ask about MFA, EDR, backups and training, and the answers are uncertain.
Phishing keeps getting through
One convincing email or fake invoice is all an attacker needs.
Backups are untested
You have backups, but you have never restored a full system from them.
AI with no guardrails
Staff are using AI tools, and nobody is sure what data is going into them.
What we do
Everything your business needs, from one accountable team.

Most providers run your IT or secure it. We do both.
When your IT provider and your security provider are different companies, attackers exploit the gap between them. With us, there is no gap.
One team, no finger-pointing
The people who patch your servers also hunt the threats on them. One phone number and one point of accountability.
24/7 coverage at global scale
Our managed detection and response runs on Sophos’s round-the-clock security operations centres, with a local TechFalcon IT team that knows your business.
Plain language, real numbers
Monthly reports on what we fixed, what we stopped and what is still at risk, written for owners and boards as well as IT staff.
Local, flexible, no lock-in
Edmonton-based, with on-site help when you need it. We earn your renewal with results, not long-term contracts.
Ways to work with us
Start where you are.
Managed IT + Security
We run your IT end to end, including the help desk, devices, Microsoft 365, networks and backups, with baseline security in every plan and 24/7 MDR as an option. One predictable per-user fee.
Managed IT →Security for your IT team
You already have IT staff or a provider. We add 24/7 detection and response, penetration testing and vCISO leadership around them, using the tools you already own wherever possible.
Co-managed IT →One-time engagements
A penetration test for your insurer, a disaster-recovery plan, a compromise assessment or emergency incident response. Fixed scope and fixed price.
Penetration testing →Switching providers
Change IT providers without the downtime.
Most businesses are fully onboarded in 2 to 4 weeks. We plan the handover carefully, because unknown admin accounts and untested backups are what make a switch risky.
- 01Assess and document
We inventory your hardware, software, network, accounts and security posture, and confirm you own your admin credentials and Microsoft 365 tenant.
- 02Secure and verify
We lock down privileged access, deploy monitoring and confirm that your backups actually restore before anything changes.
- 03Move and brief
We move open tickets into our system, cut over in stages and brief your staff on how to reach us. Then we deliver a 90-day improvement plan.
Industries
We understand your rules as well as your technology.
Each industry has its own privacy obligations, insurer requirements and ways attackers target it. See insurance and compliance for details.
Legal
Protect privileged client files and trust-account payments from email fraud.
Healthcare & dental
Safeguard patient records with the controls Alberta’s Health Information Act expects.
Accounting & finance
Defend client financial data and meet professional-body safeguarding duties.
Oil, gas & construction
Secure field sites, remote crews and the office systems that run them.
Non-profits
Protect donor data on a realistic budget.
Professional services
Pass client security questionnaires and win the contract.

Questions
Straight answers.
Have a question that is not listed here? Ask us and you will get a direct answer, not a sales sequence.
What size of business do you work with?
Mostly organizations with 5 to 250 staff, from professional offices to multi-site industrial firms. Our security services also support larger organizations whose internal IT team needs 24/7 coverage.
Do I have to replace my current IT provider?
No. Many clients keep their internal IT or existing provider and add our MDR, penetration testing or vCISO services on top. If you do switch, we plan the handover so nothing breaks.
What does managed IT cost?
In the Edmonton market, managed IT typically costs $75 to $200 per user per month, depending on scope. We give you a fixed per-user quote after a free assessment.
Are you available on weekends and overnight?
Our managed detection and response is staffed 24/7/365. Critical outages and security incidents are handled immediately at any hour. Routine help-desk requests are handled during business hours.
